PlantBioInfoPF provides support for the publication of genetic and genomic data on plants of agronomic and forestry interest and plant pathogens, as well as the integration of these data into the GnpIS information system.

Along with 3 other INRAE bioinformatics platforms, the platform is part of the BioinfOmics research infrastructure. It is part of the Institut Français de Bio-informatique, which is the French node of the ELIXIR European infrastructure.
