- Description
POPS specialises in transcriptome analysis in plants. It offers expertise in the analysis of comparative gene expression using high-throughput RNA sequencing, or RNA-seq. This is complemented by bioinformatics and statistical analysis of raw data for quantitative transcriptome analysis.
Expertise and services :
- Directed or undirected transcriptomic analysis of polyadenylated RNAs (coding strand),
- Analysis of small RNAs: miRNA, siRNA, etc.
- Oriented analysis of non-polyadenylated RNAs (depletion),
- Microtranscriptomics or sequencing of very small quantities of RNA (from 75 pg),
- Metatranscriptomics or sequencing of the transcriptome of several species from a single sample,
- Fingerprint analysis,
- Single cell analysis,
- Long-read sequencing for de novo hybrid assembly,
- Bioinformatics and statistical analysis of the data generated,
- Submission of data to the CATdb (internal database) and GEO (NCBI international database) databases.
