  • Description
  • Description

POPS specialises in transcriptome analysis in plants. It offers expertise in the analysis of comparative gene expression using high-throughput RNA sequencing, or RNA-seq. This is complemented by bioinformatics and statistical analysis of raw data for quantitative transcriptome analysis.

Expertise and services :

  • Directed or undirected transcriptomic analysis of polyadenylated RNAs (coding strand),
  • Analysis of small RNAs: miRNA, siRNA, etc.
  • Oriented analysis of non-polyadenylated RNAs (depletion),
  • Microtranscriptomics or sequencing of very small quantities of RNA (from 75 pg),
  • Metatranscriptomics or sequencing of the transcriptome of several species from a single sample,
  • Fingerprint analysis,
  • Single cell analysis,
  • Long-read sequencing for de novo hybrid assembly,
  • Bioinformatics and statistical analysis of the data generated,
  • Submission of data to the CATdb (internal database) and GEO (NCBI international database) databases.
