MetaToul-MetaboHUB

Metatoul is a multi-organisms platform (INRAE, CNRS, INSERM, University of Toulouse, Toulouse Hospitals).

Metatoul provides to the scientific community concepts, tools and methods related to the analysis of metabolism at the level of a biological system (cell, tissue, organism).

Metatoul is integrated in the National Infrastructure of metabolomic and fluxomic MetaboHUB with Bordeaux, Clermont-Ferrand, Rennes-Nantes and Paris-Saclay platforms. MetaboHUB provides tools and services to academic research teams and industrial partners in the fields of health, nutrition, agriculture, environment and biotechnology.
