  • Description
  • Description

The Serres-4PMI Platform is an experimental facility wich characterizes by morphometry the “structural” morphological traits of plants or their interactions with microorganisms (e.g. legume nodules) with high-throughput and high-speed methods. The platform aims to include the characterization of the genetic variability of the responses of large numbers of genotypes, for a wide range of species (legumes (peas, lupins, soybeans, lentils, etc.), cereals (wheat, maize, etc.), vines, weeds, tomatoes, lavender, canola etc.) in various environmental conditionsIt enables researchers to have facilities and equipment (greenhouses, climatic chambers and high-throughput phenotyping robots) for the production of plant material under controlled conditions and to associate (if necessary) a high-throughput phenotypic characterization.
