- Description
- Description
M3P brings together three phenotyping platforms: PhenoArch, PhenoDyn, and PhenoPsis, which enable the analysis and modeling of the genetic variability in plant responses to environmental stresses and climate change (notably drought and high temperatures) across a wide variety of species, including Arabidopsis, maize, wheat, grapevine, tomato, apple, sorghum, rice, banana, and cotton.
- PhenoArch is dedicated to analyzing the genetic determinants of plant responses (growth, transpiration, development) to environmental conditions on a large scale of 2,400 plants.
- PhenoDyn allows dynamic recording of organ growth and transpiration, with high-frequency acquisition intervals, about every minute, on 500 plants.
- PhenoDyn is a platform for dynamic recording of plant organ growth.
- PhenoPsis is set up in three controlled-environment growth chambers, accommodating up to 1,500 potted plants. It provides precise measurements of transpiration and development, particularly through functional imaging, across multiple species.
M3P is one of the nodes of the national infrastructure PHENOME-EMPHASIS.
